Record Breaking Sales in March for Keystone Custom Homes

Keystone Custom Homes is excited to announce another record breaking month with 84 home sales in March. Zooming through the 2015 spring buying season, the March sales add to a grand total of 155 homes sold. Keystone credits its record breaking sales to a dedicated sales team, a wide offering of products and an increase in buyer demand.


Previously in February, the Keystone sales team celebrated selling 71 homes, the most sales in one month in all of the company's history. "71 home sales is still astounding to us. Not only is February the shortest month of the year, but the freezing weather usually makes home buying and selling difficult. We are very proud of our entire team for working so diligently, and they've kept the momentum up," explained Janette Hawkins, vice president of marketing for Keystone Custom Homes.

The trend continued in March with 84 home sales. "Last March, we only had 38 gross sales," continues Hawkins. "This year, we more than doubled our numbers."
