The Orchards Group Begins Construction on Amenities at New Community

New construction is underway at The Orchards Group’s newest community, The Orchards of Stoney Point. Located in Cumming, construction on the community’s clubhouse is set to be fully complete and ready to be enjoyed by the community’s very first resident.

“As the focal point of the social scene, we understand the value of having the amenity package operational when the first homeowners move in,” stated Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing with The Orchards Group. “Thanks to the mid-September start date, the amenities will be open by the time the first homes are complete.”

The Orchards of Stoney Point clubhouse will be like all of the clubhouses built by The Orchards Group. It will include a grand room, which will host large community gatherings, a sitting room, a kitchen and a fitness center. Residents will also be able to enjoy The Orchards Group’s first saltwater swimming pool!

Construction has also begun on the five model home for The Orchards of Stoney Point. Two of the homes will showcase the Southern Heritage Collection that features ranch condominiums, while the remaining three will showcase the master-on-the-main townhomes from the Arbors Collection.

More than 20 percent of the homes have already been sold at The Orchards of Stoney Point. Prices of these homes range from the $270,000s through the $380,000s and will feature both the Southern Heritage and Arbors Collections. There will be more information to come about these homes in future posts.

This community is located just south of Peachtree Parkway (High 141) and only one mile east of GA 400 at exit 13. Located in the desirable Cumming area, residents will live near multiple golf courses, North Point Mall, Northside Hospital Forsyth, Lake Lanier and the Collection at Forsyth.
