year, these final homes won’t last long!

Live Free for a Year with Keystone Custom Homes
Pennsylvania
home builder, Keystone Custom Homes, is wowing their buyers with an incredible
deal. When home buyers purchase one of Keystone’s new homes, the builder is
offering to pay the buyer’s mortgage payment for the first 12 months of
ownership. With 44 communities located throughout the Pennsylvania and Maryland
areas, the Live Free for a Year program can be taken advantage of by many.
Keystone’s
acclaimed single-family homes range from the low $140s to the $400s, so there
is something for everyone’s budget. The builder even provides buyers with great
financing options to help make the purchase even easier. Their preferred
lenders will also work with buyers to help them select the financing option
that best fits their lifestyle.
The Live Free
for a Year program is Keystone’s unique “housewarming gift” to their buyers. They
offer other home buying specials as well, including the popular House Swap
program. This provides incentive to buyers who are concerned with taking on two
mortgages upon purchasing a new home. With the House Swap program, buyers can
simply “swap” their old home for a new one, and eliminate the burden of taking
on two mortgages.
It is
differences like these that make Keystone the number one home builder in
central Pennsylvania, and one of the top 100 home builders in the nation. A
percentage of each homes’ sales also goes to HOPE International, a non-profit
charitable network founded by Keystone’s CEO, Jeff Rutt.
